About Us

Hello, and welcome!

My name is Maritza Sabalza, M.S., BCBA, Founder & Clinical Director of Inclusion Therapy LLC. With 9 years of experience serving children and families in ABA, it is my passion to empower individuals with autism and developmental differences to reach their fullest potential through compassionate, evidence-based care.

Inclusion Therapy LLC was built on the belief that every child deserves individualized support, family-centered collaboration, and a team that truly cares.

Throughout my career, I’ve witnessed countless moments of growth—from a child saying their first words, to learning how to play with peers, use the restroom independently, or advocate for their needs. These milestones inspire me every day, and they’re why I created Inclusion Therapy: to bring high-quality, personalized ABA services to families in our community.

Our Approach: Compassion Meets Quality

At Inclusion Therapy LLC, we believe meaningful progress happens when therapy feels safe, supportive, and empowering—for both the child and their family. Our approach blends evidence-based ABA methods with compassion and respect for each individual’s unique journey.

We see every session as an opportunity to build connection, celebrate growth, and nurture confidence. Therapy is never “one-size-fits-all,” it’s personalized, adaptable, and centered around your child’s strengths and goals.

Collaboration is at the heart of what we do. We work closely with parents, teachers, and care teams to create a consistent circle of support that extends beyond therapy sessions and into daily life. Together, we turn small steps into lasting success.

Our Values

  • Every child deserves a space where they feel seen, valued, and supported.

  • We uphold the highest ethical standards and clinical quality in every interaction.

  • Families are our partners in care—your voice and insights guide the process.

  • We equip children and parents with tools that foster lifelong independence.
